Get Your Google Gadgets!

Appirio has released four new Google Gadgets that you can add to your own iGoogle web portal to keep up to date on all things Salesforce. 

Don’t know what a Google Gadget is?  It’s a small piece of code that you can add to your own personal Google homepage that simplifies a task.  Maybe it gathers information for you.  It could be sports scores, RSS feeds, a to do list, or in this case, Salesforce.com data you care about. 

The four types of gadgets are Sales Sleuth, Opportunity Knocks, Task Watcher, and Case Watcher.  Each has it’s own function allowing you to track Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Tasks, and Cases all from the “comfort” of your Google homepage.  With each gadget, you can hover over the data provided and see more detail, allowing you to click through to view all the data in context within Salesforce.
